School Uniform and Equipment
It is our school policy that all children wear school uniform when attending school, or when participating in a school-organised event outside normal school hours. We provide a complete list of the items needed for school uniform in our school Parent Handbook. See below for details of our school uniform supplier.
We also have a school policy that no pencil cases are to be brought into school. Everything the children will need in terms of writing and drawing equipment will be provided by the school.

Labelling Property with Stikins
ALL CLOTHING, LUNCH BOXES AND WATER BOTTLES MUST BE CLEARLY LABELLED WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME.
With nearly 600 children in the school, ALL wearing a sweatshirt or cardigan with the school logo, it is impossible to distinguish one from another without it being clearly named. As children move between classrooms for lessons and other areas for break times etc. it is quite possible for them to ‘mislay’ their sweatshirt or coat. Please encourage your child to check that the sweatshirt is theirs before taking it!
We cannot return things to their owners if they are not named, and we simply have not got the room to accumulate clothing.
To assist with this FOSPS have teamed up with STIKINS to offer parents the opportunity to purchase quality labels for your children’s school uniform, whilst earning the school commission at the same time! This money can then be used to continue to help purchase some of the fantastic resources that benefit our children’s learning.
As we all know, lost property is a problem in all schools and we are all familiar with our child, at some point, coming home from school with a missing item. As parents, we are aware that time is precious, which is why we think these labels are such a great idea; they simply stick onto the wash-care label of clothing. They can even be used in shoes! Naming of clothing is a school requirement and we are hoping that with this opportunity we can start to eliminate some of parents’ frustrations that surround these issues.
